Twin Kiss Restaurant in Howard

Found this little place right along the road on a Sunday Drive it was crazy busy and it took a little while to get everything but it was totally worth it ,their fresh cut fries and ice cream were delicious. Everyone was very friendly.... we will definitely stop again when were down that way.

Huge serving of great ice cream at incredible prices!

The food was good with friendly service. They serve a "TK Vet's Burger" for which they donate $1.00 of each burger (bacon cheeseburger) to Centre County Wounded Warriors project. Very impressive and wonderful community outreach! THANK YOU owners for that!

Service was friendly and ice cream was good but my sister and I both got burgers and each bun had a spot of mold so I would suggest checking your Burgers/Sandwiches before eating them.

Friendly service, and great food. Sweet Tea tasted a little odd. The seating was comfortable. Tables, seats, floor and bathroom were clean.

Food was terrible. We ordered ham pot pie and diet drinks. We got our food took a taste and it was cold. Had to take it to the counter and told the workers. They put it in the microwave and it was still cold. We had to return it to them at least 3-4 times before it was warm enough to eat. It tasted terrible. We also had ti ask a second time for our drinks. Don't plan on visiting there anytime in the future.

Great service and great tasting foods. Ice cream hit home after a hot day on the water. Prices were amazing for being that close to the lake.

Sad to say we drove over an hour to enjoy lunch before hiking at Bald Eagle...and they were closed. Sign says open till 9 pm, website said the same. Disappointing:(

We are from Virginia, and none of our restaurants were open for dine-in, this was the 1stl we had been in a restaurant since quarantine started. We always eat at the Twin Kiss when we come to town, the food is great, people are so nice, and what a great bonus you can get a soft serve or hand dipped ice cream after dinner. Don't just pass by Twin Kiss, cause if you do you are missing out. (The sign doesn't say it, but the sub sandwiches are the best!!

Great footlong chili dogs..amazing blueberry sundaes...ice cream cones. Fries, hot roast beef sandwiches, very affordable, close to bald eagle state park to pick up food and picnic if you like...

Definitely used to be a 4-5 star rating. But now, under new management, I cannot give it more than 3. Portion size is no more than half what it used to be, in everything. Had the roast turkey, which used to be fantastic. Now, two very small, thin slices. Along with a very small scoop of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and approx. 1/2 cup of corn. Even a very small portion of gravy, along with a very small, stale, roll! At least the applesauce serving appeared to be the same as before. And I did not even mention the food quality as well. Did not especially like the heavily seasoned turkey. Certainly not home-roasted flavor, as it always had been. Think the price for the meal went up from $12 to $13 this year. And if the food had been the same, I think that's fair. But all in all, "very" disappointed. As I think a lot of other customers may be, as there were only a few, and it used to be stand-in-line waiting.

We grabbed some take-out on our way to Bald Eagle State Park. Food was good overall, but portions were a bit smaller than I expected and they didn't give us chips with our sandwiches despite it saying they were included.

Great prices for huge servings!

First time having a meal. Have always liked their ice cream but the food was very good! Had a chicken cheese steak & a grilled chicken salad. Both were very good.

Good food and quiet atmosphere...accept checks with ID..no credit cards no machine...that's how they keep cost down..variety of food available and even have an ice cream shop side by side..have ATM machine..on road 150 between beach creek and milesburg

The ice cream was good, they have lots of flavors and there was a nice gazebo for sitting in.

Seemed like a popular place. We just had ice cream but they had a lot of offerings on the food menu. A couple of items on the ice cream side weren't ready or maybe one wasn't working. Not sure if they are just opening back up after quarantine though. Overall I'm glad they were there and open.
